Activate Your Inner Jaguar.

It's time to come home to ourselves and to each other.

But how?

When it feels that coming together is exhausting and mystifying, how do we start?

You start with your own nervous system.

You start with understanding what originates within you.

Then you build your capacity and stamina for social engagement.

Next you build your capacity and stamina for conflict.

The world needs us to figure out how to belong to each other, so that we can build the world we want to belong to.

Jaguar energy is the key to trustworthy power.

✨ Do you long for togetherness but feel like you’ve lost your skillset to create more?

✨ Are your self-care practices just not working any more or are you too tired to even do them?

✨ Are you filled with overwhelm and doubt about how to move forward after these years of immobility and isolation?

Real world relating requires that we understand differentiation and interconnectedness.

We understand when we need to separate, and when and how we can come together.

In order to do that you need a felt sense of boundaries and the confidence to enforce them.

You need to feel comfortable in your own skin.

You need to be free from constant self-doubt and self-questioning.

You need to go below your social self to access your physical self and your true power.

Activate Your Inner Jaguar provides a path to incontrovertible instinctual knowing, and the tools to communicate and live from that place of internal safety.

This applies to all relationships- dating, parenting, family, work, and friendship.

Jaguar energy is ferocious, decisive, relaxed and powerful.

We will never outrun our mammalian nature and needs.

We must dedicate ourselves to understanding and committing to return to these mammalian instincts, even though the culture is fast convincing us that somehow we can outsmart them.

Trauma is part of being human.
Healing is also part of being human.

We often think that trauma is what happened to us.

But trauma is often what was not able to happen.

We can come together, move together and let go of patterns that aren’t necessary anymore.

Trauma often happens through betrayal and immobilization. Things we couldn’t say or couldn’t do then.

We can say and do them now. So we heal together with trust and in movement.

Become an accurate translator of your body's signals.
