Love, Attachment & The Nervous System

A FREE CLASS with Kimberly ann johnson

MONDAY, February 13th
at 11 am PT | 2 PM ET

Humans are social animals, but we are out of practice.

We’re in a weird limbo where being with each other is what we need, but it’s harder to make that happen, and when it does, it’s not always comfortable.

With our needs for safety and belonging especially challenged in the last couple of years, earlier attachment strategies or ruptures have probably been dredged to the surface, not to mention the polarities that the last few years has revealed.

Most ruptures and traumas happened in disconnection, so in order to truly heal, we need connection.

Attachment is the tenderest of territories.

Yet learning about attachment yields tremendous insights, whether in parenting, friendship, family, dating or marriage.

Understanding the relationship between love, attachment and the nervous system is a key to feeling more at home in yourself, more comfortable in your own skin, more assured about what comes out of your mouth and more forgiving of yourself when things don’t go the way you wanted.

I want you to have beautiful, satisfying relationships.

We Need Connection.

In this Free Class, You Will Learn:

  • What your attachment style is and why it’s important but also not a scarlet letter
  • Where attachment lives in your nervous system
  • What boundaries have to do with attachment styles + intimacy and how you can work with this in a direct, somatic way
  • The why’s and how’s of moving towards secure attachment in romance, friendship, and parenting (even when it seems boring or impossible)
  • At least one thing you can do today to create more loving, secure attachment in your relationships
  •

More love and connection, please.
