Menopause Mysteries

A 4 WEEK CONVERSATION SERIES | BEGINS TUESDAY JULY 9TH

A life stage is not a diagnosis.
Not a problem to be solved.

An uninvited but inevitable
transformation.

I speak as someone who has gotten properly visited by
the furies and fire of menopause.

I have been worked over in ways that
I didn’t think were possible given who I am and what I know.

What this is:

An intimate lean in (one way) conversation where things will be said that may not be uttered by me anywhere else.
A look at the tender underbelly of an in-built rite of passage.
A response to “no one told me”.
A live impromptu inspired bear-it-all and kneel down kind of experience.
A call to maturation + greater humanness and integrity for women.

What this is not:

A course with bullet points, a well-organized and well-formatted pedagogic achievement, a chance to get your personal health concerns heard, addressed or evaluated,
a wellness check list, a clinical perspective.

There are things I need to say
that I don’t want in a book.

There are things I want to say
that don’t belong on social media.

Those might be things you need to hear.

This class will be an experience and inquiry into the mysteries
from someone in the threshold space.

Speaking from this center of the jigsaw puzzle has a specific
quality of rawness that I think has the possibility to create webs
of understanding and give you pinpoints on the map of your experience
of the menopausal mysteries- whether it’s already happened,
is happening or is yet to come.
