Lymph & The Nervous System

An evening spa experience with Lisa Levitt Gainsely
Tuesday, August 24th at 5 pm pst | 8 pm EST

Presented by Kimberly Ann Johnson

A good lymphatic system is essential to maintaining your health

The lymphatic system is the great recycling system because it cleans out the body’s excess waste in the connective tissue that’s too big for the blood vessels to absorb.

The lymphatic system runs like rivers throughout your body similar to your bloodstream.

However, it doesn’t have a central pump, like the heart, to move the fluid. It depends on skeletal movement, diaphragmatic breathing, exercise and lymphatic massage to function well.

When your lymphatic system functions properly, you will have more energy and find relief from common symptoms like bloating and congestion, and recover faster from injuries and surgeries.

Studies show lymphatic drainage accelerates the healing process.

It’s also something that you can address on your own with simple and pleasurable practices.

In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn about how tending to your lymphatic system can enhance your immunity, health and beauty.

IN THIS CLASS YOU WILL LEARN:

  • what lymph is exactly and how to move it
  • the levels of importance of lymph on your general health
  • practical self-care practices and massage sequences to enhance your immunity, health, and beauty

THIS WORKSHOP IS FOR ANYONE WHO:

  • needs to up their self-care game with somatic practices
  • knows they have circulation issues
  • wants an often overlooked and missing piece of general health
  • needs an experience of deep relaxation that is not so brain -oriented
