Women & The Nervous System

Calling on our true power in times of crisis

A FREE CLASS TUESDAY, OCTOBER 12th at 11 am PT | 2 PM ET

✨ Are you stuck, exhausted or overwhelmed?

✨ Have your usual go-to tricks for winding down or feeling better stopped working very well?

✨ Do you find yourself quick to cry or to get angry, overly sensitive, or with zero capacity to handle conflict?

It can be difficult to make a case for pleasure in hard times.

With so much distress, loss, and conflict, it can seem that the only responsible thing to do is stay plugged into “reality.”

However our nervous systems are not wired to withstand high stress over extended periods of time, so we have to be deliberate about what we let into our world, and how we work with the things that we can control.

Women’s nervous systems work differently than men’s do.

The female reproductive system is more intricate than the male system.

Traditional Chinese medicine considered females 10 times more complex to treat due our reproductive cycles and relationship to nature over the lifespan.

As such, often women can be impacted more intensely by immune and nervous system events.

It’s important that we understand how our systems work, because that is where our power also lies!
