Calling all women ready to stop people pleasing and stop playing small… IT’S TIME TO TAKE UP SPACE!

A 4 week nervous system mini course

with Kimberly Ann Johnson

Begins March 10th

We are hardwired to belong.

Females are wired differently than males.

The social nervous system developed for mammalian attachment-
the mother-baby dyad.

Because of this, females have the superpower of relational attunement.
But it doesn’t always feel like that!

We are more aware of and care more deeply about tending to social bonds than men.

We are primed toward group harmony.

But under threat, women are also more prone to social comparison,
concerned about how our actions are perceived, and more hung up
on friendship and relationship problems.

They are our first line of defense- before freeze, flight or fight

Social ostracism, the cost for not fitting in, is a survival level threat for women.

The danger of being cast out
isn't as prevalent for men.

Underneath people pleasing and fawning is often unexpressed grief or rage, an untapped sense of self worth and courage.

It is a terrible feeling to be disempowered, infantilized, and blocked by our own hormonal disposition and conditioning.

How do we break the cycle of shoving down our irritation,
anger or resentment, and playing small?

The opposite of fitting in

is standing out.

The opposite of fawning

is Jaguaring up.

Turn toward your life force, embodied power and expression.

Stand Up & Stand Out is for you if...

  • You minimize your capabilities, your voice, and your strength.
  • You feel hyper-attuned to everyone else’s needs but vague and disoriented about your own.
  • You are still stuck in the “good girl” script.
  • You tend to stay close to people who suppress your authentic expression rather than fighting back or just walking away.
  • You subscribe to everyone else’s narrative about what you should think- politically, culturally, etc.
  • You have art to make or to show but can’t put yourself out there so your work or you will be seen.
  • You want to grow your capacity to be seen, heard, and take up space.
  • Your social conditioning and need to be “liked” are restraining your true self-expression.
  • You are ready to drop below the social nervous system and into the power of your animal body.

It’s critical you know the difference between connection and enmeshment. Between harmony and people pleasing. Between fitting in and belonging.

The world needs your specific flavor.

Fitting in is a slow soul death.

When we fawn and fit in, we trade our vitality for a false sense of security and belonging.

We inhibit, minimize and become hyper-vigilant.

This course is the antidote.

We are building a social nervous system where we can tolerate difference, move towards sovereignty, and stay connected.

Join 18,000+ women who have walked the Jaguar path.

What happens when you
Stand Up & Stand Out

You feel more comfortable in your own skin.

You stop second-guessing what you think and what you say.

You minimize vulnerability hangovers.

You stop needing so much validation, and can stand in your own truth.

You dare to dream and to move on those dreams.

You forgo competitive victimization to fit in.

You follow your true expression
raw, messier, unchoreographed, unrehearsed.

You move from your center. You embody your values, rather than what others expect.

You take steps forward with your art and expression, making the big moves.

You're not afraid to get weird.

This is a mini intensive on the fawning + fitting in responses.

Jaguar is not a one-and-done experience. It’s necessary to revisit and live the practices that tend to be exponentially more powerful in a group context, even if online.

Females are predisposed towards the fawning and fitting in responses because of our hormonal makeup and social conditioning. I want women to have better births, better sex, better relationships and full access to their voice, power and predator ferocity. Understanding fawning and fitting in, and dropping into the animal body, is critical to this mission.

Each class can stand on its own. So come live whenever you can.

Healthy aggression is ambition and forward moving drive. Passive aggressiveness is a social nervous system + sympathetic fight response. Low-grade irritation, simmering anger, resentment and boiling rage are nervous system fight responses under threat. When you learn to stand up and stand out, these responses, when not accurate and responsive to the situation at hand, fade away. You learn to move from your center.

You can share about your journey and ask questions in the Magas and Jaguars Facebook community.

Jaguar Alumni get half off regular price ($199) which is $99, our early bird rate. Prowl in now at the early bird rate- no code needed at this time.
